Meal Plan Monday
It's been a LOOOOONG time since I posted one of these and its been a long time since I've really planned out our meals but I've been frazzled lately with the move and have not been very inspired about dinner. We are also a week away from the beginning of our crazy time of year so I need to get myself back on track and keep things moving more smoothly.
So without further ado:
Monday: Sloppy Joes (or Janes as Kelsey calls them) I'm using ground beef, she uses ground turkey but it's a great recipe either way.
Tuesday: Coconut Chicken Fingers
Wednesday: Crock Pot BBQ Beef Sandwiches (I'll post a recipe for this next week)
Thursday: Hawaiian Grilled Chicken (Again, I'll post the recipe next week)
Saturday: Shake and Bake Pork Chops
I've collected some great new recipes while I was on my blog break but haven't taken a picture of them yet, so I'll do so when I cook this week and post them for you next week.
