Hello! Welcome to Bearcub Creations. I'm Samantha aka "Bearcub" to my dear husband Maxwell. I am a Jesus-follower and I believe that the Bible is the Word of God. It is powerful and God-breathed and is living! I believe that Jesus died on the Cross for my sins and the sins of the world.
 I am a wife to my wonderful husband Maxwell and a mommy to Aston and Leia here on this earth and to two more I carry in my hear who are waiting for me in heaven. We love being parents and think it's the best job in the whole world!

I am a stay at home mommy and love what I get to do although it's the hardest job I've ever done. 

 My wonderful husband works for our church in the operations department. He is hard working and such a wonderful balance to my emotional, italian me. ;) He knows how to make me smile and is so very supportive of the "crazy" things and ideas I come up with.

I went to school to be a teacher and although I only taught for a short period of time, I get to use my skills every day with my kids.

I LOVE to cook, especially for people. It brings me such joy to share something I love with people I love. I think it is so important for families to sit down to a meal together and spend that quality time together at the end of a crazy day!

I was created to create. I love all things creative! Whether it's a craft or a party I'm creating things for, I love using the creative gifts God has given me!

The name: So where'd the name Bearcub Creations come from? My wonderful in-laws have raised there boys to love nicknames. Everyone in the household has a nickname (except for me, they can't seem to find one.) Anyways, my husband likes to give nicknames and soon after we started dating, I was dubbed "Bearcub" because "I was as needy as a bear cub," and the name stuck. He is the only one who calls me that but I found it fitting when trying to decide what to call this blog.

Other nicknames in our house: Hippo-Aston, Mountain Lion-Leia and Gorilla-our dog Brady. I like to call Maxwell the Zoo Keeper since it sounds like we live in a zoo. 

God has each of us on an amazing journey and I can't wait to share part of my journey with you!
