2 packages of Microwave Popcorn
3 tablespoons of Butter
2 tablespoons of Water
1 cup of Sugar
1. Pop popcorn in the microwave according to the package. Pour into a bowl and shake to get all the un-popped kernels to the bottom. I then try and scoop all the un-popped ones out. (They hurt if you bite into one. I've learned the hard way.)
2. In a medium size sauce pan, melt the butter. Then add the sugar and water. Bring to a boil and boil until the mixture forms sticky bubbles, about 3 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture over the popcorn and toss to combine. There may be extra sauce depending on how sugary you like it. Start with half and see what you think.
